With over 25 years' experience in the restaurant and adult beverage industries, I have built my reputation through the experiences of my clientele and professional network.  From winning a statewide competition and being named The Best Sommelier in Texas, to passing both my Advanced Level examinations via the Court of Master Sommeliers and Wine & Spirits Education Trust, I am a trusted source in my craft who brings the wine, beer and spirit experience to a fun, informative and engaging level.
